Kaeden Skinner, our Field Supervisor, has been part of Piedmont Overhead Door since his high school years. Long before that, he was learning the trade by accompanying his father on job sites as a child. That early exposure, combined with years of hands-on experience, has shaped Kaeden into a knowledgeable leader who takes pride in doing every job the right way.
Working alongside him is Bryce Pope, a valued member of our team who, even in a short time, has truly become part of the family. Bryce approaches each project with determination and a willingness to learn, always striving to give his very best and support the team wherever needed.

Daniel Catoe, our Residential Lead, has been with the company for over seven years. Through his experience and dedication, he has become a trusted leader in the field. Known for his friendly nature and attention to detail, Daniel has built a strong reputation with customers who value not only the quality of his work but also the care he brings to every home.
Working alongside him is Gavin Bradley, who is learning the trade under Daniel’s guidance. Gavin brings a positive attitude and a strong willingness to grow, quickly picking up both the technical skills and the customer-focused approach that make Daniel so well respected. Jamie Skinner – Field Director & Sales Manager
Jamie Skinner serves as our Field Director and Sales Manager, bringing decades of experience, leadership, and dedication to the company. He began working in the business at just 17 years old, and over the years, his knowledge of the trade and commitment to excellence have helped shape the company into what it is today.
Jamie is not only a leader on the job but also a devoted family man. Now a proud grandfather, he values the importance of faith and family, serving as the sound director at his church. Those same values carry into his work, where he approaches every customer and every project with care, honesty, and respect.
His passion for the business is evident in everything he does, and that dedication has inspired the next generation—his son, Kaeden, who is now following in his footsteps. Jamie takes great pride in mentoring others and ensuring that the same high standards and strong values continue for years to come.

Terry Cooper and Jim Skinner are the proud co-owners of Piedmont Overhead Door, bringing both experience and heart to everything they do.
Terry, a devoted great-grandfather, has spent many years in the garage door industry, building not just a business but a reputation rooted in trust and care. As a preacher, his values of integrity, compassion, and service guide both his personal life and his work. He takes immense pride in his company, his family, and the relationships he builds with every customer.
Jim, also a proud great-grandfather, brings a strong sense of dedication and responsibility shaped by his previous career in law enforcement. His time as a police officer instilled in him a commitment to serving others with honesty and reliability. Today, he continues that mission through his work, ensuring every customer is treated with respect and care.

Darrel Benjamin - Warehouse Manager
Darrel Benjamin is a valued member of the Piedmont Overhead Door team, bringing both dedication and a strong work ethic to his role. Originally from Louisiana, Darrel serves as the warehouse manager, where he plays a vital part in keeping daily operations running smoothly.
He ensures that all equipment is prepared and ready for each day’s work, helping the team deliver reliable and efficient service to every customer. Darrel also works closely with manufacturers and suppliers, coordinating deliveries and maintaining the high standards the company is known for. His attention to detail and commitment behind the scenes make a meaningful difference in the quality and consistency of the service provided.
Tya Skinner, Megan Cooper, and Casey Catoe are the heart of the Piedmont Overhead Door office, each bringing dedication, warmth, and professionalism to their roles.
Tya, the company’s Head Accountant, is a proud grandmother who has been an integral part of the team for over 21 years. Her experience and attention to detail help ensure the financial stability that keeps the business running smoothly.
Megan, the Office Manager, has been with the company for a decade. Known for her organization and care, she keeps daily operations on track while creating a welcoming and supportive environment. Outside the office, she’s a devoted dog mom who brings that same level of care into her work.
Casey, the Receptionist and Head of Marketing, is often the first friendly voice customers hear. As a proud mom to her young daughter and a fellow dog lover, she brings energy, creativity, and genuine kindness to every interaction and project she takes on.
